10,000 sq ft Walsall industrial unit hits the market

A 10,000 sq ft industrial unit on a 1.72 acre site in Aldridge, Walsall is up for sale.

Middlemore Lane West is a freehold opportunity and comprises 4,461 sq ft workshop with 2,729 sq ft of internal storage and 2,910 sq ft of recently refurbished office space.

The yard is mainly a mixture of tarmac and concrete. The scheme also comes with planning permission for storage of containers two high.

Kenny Allan, director of industrial agency at KWB, is marketing the site on behalf of a local owner occupier and is seeking offers over £1.45m.
