More homes to be added to Rugby scheme

A housebuilder has announced a further 87 new homes will be built as part of a Rugby development, part of a larger project set to bring nearly 6,000 houses to the area.

Redrow Midlands’ latest phase at Redrow at Houlton, on Link Road, is underway.

The new phase will bring a mix of three, four and five bed homes.

Elaine Cartwright, sales director for Redrow Midlands, said: “We’re delighted to be unveiling our newest homes in this popular development.

“Redrow at Houlton is part of a large, ambitious project to create a thriving community right here in Rugby. Many homeowners who have taken advantage of the previous phases have now moved in, so there’s a real homely feel to the development, which is wonderful to see.”
