Land specialist adds to construction team

Opus Land has welcomed Ian Morgan as an associate director.

Morgan is a chartered project management surveyor with more than 16 years consultancy experience within the construction industry, working across commercial, industrial and logistics, as well as residential sectors.

Morgan will be assisting the development team in the early stages of site purchases, planning and legals, through to the design, procurement and delivery of construction projects themselves.

Tom Halcarz, head of construction consultancy at Opus Land, said: “I am delighted to welcome Ian to the team. He brings with him a wealth of construction and project management experience, which will prove invaluable as Opus Land looks to grow its development pipeline over the coming years.”

So far this year, Opus Land has completed the construction of 120,000 sq ft of new office and industrial space, with a further 1,000,000 sq.ft. currently or soon-to-be under construction.
