Aegean Airlines returns to Birmingham after five-year break
Aegean Airlines, the Greek carrier, is returning to Birmingham Airport (BHX) after a five-year break.
From March 28, 2023, Aegean will fly twice weekly between Birmingham and Athens.
Tom Screen, aviation director for BHX said: “We are thrilled to welcome back Aegean. I’m sure these Athens services will be well subscribed.”
One of its A320 aircraft will arrive into Birmingham at 0945 and depart to Athens at 1035 every Tuesday and Friday.
Aegean will be the seventh Star Alliance carrier at Birmingham.
