HR franchise opens in Stratford-upon-Avon

A human resources professional has taken on The HR Dept Stratford and Evesham, after a career spanning nearly 20 years

Amanda Lillis has worked for firms such as Honda and now will offer outsourced advice and support to SMEs in navigating the challenging current economic climate.

Lillis joins the The HR Dept, a franchisee network of 75 licensees providing outsourced services in 112 territories in the UK, Ireland and Australia.

Across the network, The HR Dept says its licensees provide experience but at an affordable rate for growing businesses, who need the expertise on hand but have neither the need nor the budget for an in-house HR team.

Lillis said: “There’s so much for business owners to think about at the moment, whether it’s supporting their staff through economic hardship, managing performance when times get tough, or retaining employees looking for a better offer.

“All that’s alongside keeping the business going during incredibly challenging times. So we’re finding that human resources advice and support, helping company owners support their staff and get the most out of them, is really welcome”.
