Housebuilder snaps up disused Atlas Works site

SevenHomes has acquired a seven-acre residential site in Pershore, Worcestershire, with plans to build around 80 houses.

Situated on land off Station Road, the proposed development will transform the currently disused Atlas Works site to deliver a mix of purpose built two, three, four and five bedroom family homes.

A planning application for the proposed development will be submitted to Wychavon District Council in due course.

Abdul Ali, executive director and head of office for SevenHomes, said: “We are delighted to have acquired this development site. It has enormous potential to deliver new, much needed homes which perfectly complement the local vernacular and breathe new life into this vacant factory site.

“As one of the most desirable market towns in the West Midlands, Pershore affords an exceptional quality of living and these new homes will enable a wide range of buyers to get on to or move up the property ladder in this stunning location.

“We look forward to starting work on the planning application over the coming months.”
