Shared working provider Cubo has expanded its offering at Two Chamberlain Square in Paradise Birmingham.

The firm has taken a further half a floor of space totalling 11,600 sq ft, adding to its existing 24,000 sq ft which opened in March 2022.

With a presence across six cities, including Birmingham, Edinburgh (opening in July), Derby, Nottingham, Leeds and Sheffield, and with expansion into Manchester later this year, Cubo offers a choice of co-working and dedicated spaces for a full range of businesses and needs.

Ross Fittall, of Paradise development and asset manager MEPC, said: “Cubo has proved itself a significant addition to the Paradise offer and is a great match for our clients and the city’s business community when looking for co-working space.

“It places flexible but high-quality space matched with top quality amenities and service at the heart of Paradise and expanding its footprint further enables it to offer its services and spaces to even more clients and occupiers”.

Marc Brough, managing director of Cubo, said: “Encouraged by our huge success to date at Paradise, our move to increase our footprint underlines our strategy of building a national presence of co-working spaces for Millennial and Generation Z-led SMEs and corporate clients.

“With locations in the very heart of thriving city centres like Birmingham, with transport connections on the doorstep and proximity to like-minded organisations and individuals, we are establishing essential new workplaces built on accessibility for the full range of clients.”
