Chartered surveyor unveils new Midlands office

Chartered surveyor Roberts Vain Wilshaw has opened a new office at Lumonics House in Rugby.

Founded five years ago by Richard Roberts, Paul Roberts, and Joe Wilshaw, RVW specialises in business rates, landlord and tenant issues, and agency services.

The Midlands office will be run by Ed Chambers and Sean Geary who were both senior directors at Altus Group.

Richard Roberts, managing director of RVW said “We’ve worked with Sean and Ed in the past and they’re great guys who bring a wealth of experience to the team at a time when the need for proper advice on this complex and evolving subject is greater than ever”.

Chambers said: “We are extremely excited to join the RVW team having worked with Richard & Paul previously. Sean Geary added, “Both Ed and I are thrilled to join the RVW team and continue working closely with commercial occupiers across the region. Significant changes are coming to the business rates sector and there will be an ever-increasing need for professional representation on these complex matters.”
