Firm with pub portfolio acquires property for refurbishment

WTS Property Consultants have acquired the Quill and Scholar, 12-14 Tamworth Street, Lichfield, on behalf of Heartwood Collection from a private landlord.

Heartwood Collection has a collection of pubs and brasseries, now adding this property to its portfolio.

The three-storey property has undergone a refurbishment.

A few quirky touches to the mock Tudor building have been incorporated.

It also has an open and airy garden room as well as larger spaces suitable for all occasions.
