Supplement firm signs five-year lease in Birmingham’s business district

A supplement firm has secured office space in Birmingham’s business district, leasing 5,004 sq ft of space on the seventh floor of 10 Temple Street.

Absolute Collagen has signed a five-year lease at 10 Temple Street from the Landlord Freshwater, bringing the building’s occupancy to 90 per cent.

Known for its range of collagen supplements, the firm relocated from its offices at 102 Colmore Row to 10 Temple Street due to the need for a larger office space.

Property agency JLL represented the landlord Freshwater in the leasing process.
