Two light industrial warehouses up for grabs at business park

Two light industrial warehousing opportunities at Swallowgate Business Park, situated near the Midlands motorway network are being marketed.

Unit 1 features 21,088 sq ft of warehouse space with ground floor offices and an additional 2,310 sq ft of office space on the first floor. Unit 3B offers storage space and offices totalling 4,246 sq ft.

Bromwich Hardy, a commercial property agency, is marketing both units.
