Contractor completes £9.4m care home scheme

Construction contractor Stepnell has handed over a £9.4m care home to Cinnamon Care Collection.

Oakley Grange in Bishop’s Tachbrook, Warwickshire, offers 66 beds and five care suites.

The facility provides care services, including assisted living and specialist dementia care and features cinema rooms, private dining, a commercial kitchen and a therapy room.

Stepnell started the build in January 2023 and completed it in 73 weeks, handing it over for fit-out two weeks ahead of schedule.
