Second phase of Birmingham office refurbishment completed

The second phase of an office refurbishment in Birmingham city centre has been completed by independent property company Hortons.

Hortons has upgraded Fifteen Colmore Row, a Grade A office building in Birmingham’s Colmore Business District.

The project includes an extended concierge reception area and new duplex lifts. Earlier improvements included a new business lounge and roof terrace on the top floor, offering tenant breakout and entertainment spaces.

Fifteen Colmore Row now features five floors of office space with onsite amenities such as secure bicycle parking and second-floor shower and changing facilities.

The building houses tenants like property consultancy Fisher German, which relocated 70 staff following a CAT A refurbishment by Hortons.

Pasture Restaurant Group has also opened a new 7,000 sq ft venue on the ground floor, its largest restaurant to date.

Nina Meeks of Hortons, said: “We are very pleased to have delivered the latest phase of refurbishment at Fifteen Colmore Row. The new concierge reception and duplex lifts have complemented the recent upgrades we have made to the building’s top floor, with modern business lounge facilities and a stunning new roof garden.

“The improvements have provided purpose-built spaces to enable our tenants to work, socialise and collaborate, and have already attracted new tenants to Fifteen Colmore Row.”
