Telford logistics warehouse sold in off-market deal

A commercial property development company from Bromsgrove, along with a property investor, has sold their investment in a 55,000 sq ft logistics warehouse in Telford.

Trebor and Hillwood sold the property, which is leased to DHL under a 15-year agreement, to Soor Capital.

Sayner Real Estate provided advisory services to Soor Capital for the off-market deal.
