Celebrate the new kids on the block at the West Midlands Leadership Awards

This is your chance to nominate your young and emerging leaders in our annual search for the West Midlands’ best leaders.
The West Midlands Leadership Awards 2025 is an annual celebration which will highlight the people who are role models within their organisations and raise the bar for their competitors. The winners will show the qualities of extraordinary leadership and be able to demonstrate the positive impact this has had.
Your nominee could follow in the footsteps of our 2024 Young Leader (aged 35 and under): Chloe Blackwell from Hayward Wright Accountancy Group.
Judges were impressed with Chloe’s success in such a short period after she was promoted to director at the age of 27. She clearly has invested time not just in her own career, but is committed to investing in the rest of the group, whilst she manages a portfolio of 300+ clients
Jared Owen, managing director of Redbrain
Our Emerging Entrepreneur Leader for 2024 was Jared Owen, managing director of Redbrain. Jared was nominated for his clearly communicated strategic vision, people-first approach, excellent knowledge of Redbrain’s market and a real desire to help retailers win. It’s helped the firm more than double its net profit.
The West Midlands business community will come together to celebrate the best in business leadership on Thursday 13 March 2024 at The Macdonald Burlington Hotel in Birmingham city centre. To book your tickets, click here.
