Zara opens flagship store at Birmingham’s Bullring

Zara has joined the line-up at Bullring & Grand Central with a new 51,000 sq ft flagship store.
Spanning two floors, it offers a full range of womenswear, menswear, and childrenswear, with minimalist interiors and automated collection and returns points for a seamless shopping experience.
The launch follows recent openings by global brands like Sephora, The Sidemen, and PURESEOUL.
Alongside these new stores, Bullring & Grand Central has introduced a next-generation M&S and new leisure attractions like TOCA Social, Lane7, and Sandbox VR.
Toby Tait, director of Asset Management at Hammerson, said: “Zara’s upsize is the latest step in the implementation of our strategy to best-in-class spaces for global brands seeking a flagship presence in destinations that out-perform. The impact on visitors is immense, with Bullring & Grand Central’s evolving line-up increasing footfall and sales, driving customer loyalty and generating significant positive feedback. In turn, that is stimulating even greater demand from brands to make similarly significant commitments.”
