Bearing supplier moves into Worcester business park

Albion Motion is the newest tenant at Potter Space’s Droitwich business park, leasing a 22,000 sq ft unit.

The bearings distributor, founded by the Willitts family, is led by Lee Willitts, who brings 35 years of experience in the industry.

The firm is taking Unit 102, which is part of Potter Space’s £18m investment in Droitwich.

Albion Motion offers a wide range of bearings, power transmission components, and seals, which are used in various industries, from automotive to amusement parks.

The building features eco-friendly elements, including solar panels, smart LED lighting, water-efficient systems, and strong insulation, earning a BREEAM ‘Very Good’ rating.
