Vistry snaps up Worcester site to develop 230 homes

Vistry has acquired a site in Worcester from Bloor Homes, with plans in place to deliver 233 homes.
It will partner with build-to-rent provider Sigma to deliver 70 homes for its brand Simple Life Homes, adding to the 7,700 existing portfolio of homes across the UK.
