The Halesfield Point development in Telford has officially been completed and is now ready to welcome new tenants.

The development features 21 industrial units, ranging in size from 2,379 sq ft to 19,108 sq ft, offering a total of 47,808 sq ft of space.

Siddall Jones has been appointed as the marketing agent for the site, with units available for sale or lease. Quoting rents are set at £9 per sq ft.
