Logistics firm changes lanes as director takes the wheel

Logistics software firm Zone Manager is entering a new chapter after director Marcus Draper took full ownership of the company, following the retirement of co-founder Nick Hoare.
Founded in 2017, Zone Manager provides delivery management software for a wide range of industries, from construction and energy sites to retail parks and major events like COP26.
Originally designed for the FMCG market, its software quickly became a key tool in construction logistics, with clients including Canary Wharf, Battersea Power Station, and transport hubs such as Tottenham Court Road and Blackfriars stations.
Draper said: “I’m excited by the potential a revitalised Zone Manager has to support businesses across the country, smoothing deliveries, improving site security and maximising resources and site operations.
“Over the next 12 months, we will be bringing a renewed focus to our work on supporting facilities management customers, helping them manage site-specific deliveries with the same precision and efficiency that has been available to their colleagues in the construction sector for years, all backed up with a strong package of consultancy and ongoing training and support.”
