Duo to deliver luxury Jewellery Quarter scheme

Property investment firm Joseph Mews is partnering with developer Elevate Property Group to create a luxury residential development in The Jewellery Quarter.

The duo promises to deliver one of Birmingham’s most luxurious residential developments with No. 30 St Pauls – 58 apartments with private terraces, and some with views of St Paul’s Church.

It will redevelop the existing offices into what the partnership calls the ‘Mayfair of Birmingham’, with construction expected to be completed in Q1 2026.

Steve Dodd, managing director of Elevate Property Group said: “We are proud to be collaborating with Joseph Mews to deliver No. 30 St Pauls. As one of Birmingham’s most distinctive addresses, this development will set new standards for luxury living in the city.

“Our vision is to create high-specification residences that blend seamlessly with the heritage of the Jewellery Quarter, offering a unique opportunity for investors and homebuyers seeking both quality and long-term growth potential.”

Andy Foote, chairman of Joseph Mews said: “Birmingham continues to outperform as a property investment hotspot, and No. 30 St Pauls represents a rare opportunity for our global clients to secure property in a prime location.

“With 26.4% price growth forecast by 2029, excellent connectivity via HS2 and a thriving business sector driving demand, this development is set to deliver strong returns for investors.”
