Roofing specialist secures Staffordshire warehouse unit

An industrial and commercial roofing refurbishment specialist has acquired a Staffordshire warehouse unit.

Profile Industrial Roofing purchased the freehold of 9-10 Titan Way at Britannia Enterprise Park in Lichfield, securing the property with full vacant possession for an undisclosed price.

Burley Browne’s senior associate director, Ben Nicholson, represented a private individual in the sale.

Nicholson said: “The unit saw competitive bids, which pushed the price above its original asking level. Profile Industrial Roofing was eager to secure the site to expand operations at its existing headquarters nearby. We wish them continued success.”
