Property Appointments: Irwin Mitchell, RLF, Nock Deigton, Seddon

THE Birmingham office of national law firm Irwin Mitchell has boosted its real estate practice with the appointment of Holly Trotman to its planning team.

She joins the firm as an associate from the London office of Nabarro.

In addition to supporting the team in Birmingham, she will work with the real estate teams across the firm’s offices in London, Leeds, Sheffield and Manchester.

During the past year, the practice’s real estate team has expanded across the UK with a string of appointments including a 20-strong team, headed up by partner Jon Vivian from London firm SJ Berwin.

Property law strategist Geoffrey Lander, property litigation consultant Sue Wilson and tax partner Alex Barnes have also joined recently.

ANDY Speight, previously a director at Birmingham property and construction consultancies Consult Group and Faithful+Gould, has joined Robinson Low Francis as an equity partner.

He will assume responsibility for management and development of the Birmingham office.

RLF provide services such as project management, quantity surveying and building surveying with a renowned list of clients based locally and nationally.

DAWN Clarke, a director of Shropshire-based commercial and residential estate agency Nock Deighton, has joined professional body ARLA.

She will be the Shropshire and Staffordshire regional representative on the Association of Residential Letting Agents.

The role will see Ms Clarke, who is Nock Deighton’s head of lettings and property management, become the main point of contact for other ARLA member agents throughout the two counties.

Jade Hollis, business development manager, Seddon ConstructionSEDDON Construction has appointed Jade Hollis (right) as business development manager for the region.

Ms Hollis joins Seddon in Birmingham from Eco2Solar in Kidderminster and will work to drive the company’s expansion in the Midlands.

Seddon Construction is part of Cheshire-based Seddon Group, a family-owned company specialising in construction, painting, maintenance and housebuilding, with a national turnover of over £250m.
