A BRAND new law practice has been launched in Shropshire by a former Wolverhampton senior crown prosecutor.
Steve Matthews, who has been a solicitor for 20 years, has founded Darwin Matthews Solicitors in Shrewsbury’s Swan Hill Court.
The practice employs one partner, two solicitors, three legal consultants and a team of six other support staff and will specialise in personal injury law, family law, financial mis-selling and probate among others.
Mr Matthews said: “We are very excited about the official launch of our new company and are very much looking forward to meeting the local community.
“The name Darwin Matthews derives from the fact that we’re a company with strong roots in the town and that we intend to be a long-term feature of the local business community.
“We have a qualified team of practitioners which brings many years of experience within the legal sector.
“Team members are not only specialists in their individual fields, but are also passionate about the needs of those they represent. We very much look forward to serving the people of Shropshire.”
