Trio of tenants completes shopping centre line-up

A SHOPPING centre in a Birmingham suburb is now fully occupied following a trio of new lettings.
The three new tenants at Northfield Shopping Centre are e Cosway, a subsidiary of Malaysian conglomerate Cosway, independent chain Central Café and home furnishings and appliances company Perfect Home.
E Cosway, which launched its UK activities in March, has taken a 1,700 sq ft unit, joining a Birmingham sister site in New Street.
E Cosway focuses on cosmetics and clothing at its 12 UK stores, another of which is at Merry Hill in Dudley.
A similar sized unit has been taken by Central Café, and is the company’s sixth shop since it began trading five years ago.
Coleshill-based Perfect Home has taken two units at the shopping centre, totalling 2,500 sq ft.
Founded in 2006, Perfect Home sells products and services on the basis of no deposit, weekly or monthly payments.
The deals were completed by Cushman & Wakefield, joint agent for the development with Edgbaston-based Wright Silverwood.
Other tenants at the centre, owned by London-based PropInvest, include Iceland, Dorothy Perkins, Wilkinson and WH Smith.
