DRP profits from investment

WORCESTERSHIRE PR firm drpgroup says it on track for a record year after winning new business and increasing the number of projects delivered for existing clients.

The Hartlebury-based agency says it is heading towards an EBITDA profit figure of £1.4m.

The group has gained 27 new clients this year, acquired digital, web development and mobile app specialists MS Internet and taken on 35 new team members. It has also invested close to £1m in new technical equipment and IT infrastructure.

Managing director Dale Parmenter said: “In the face of some very difficult trading conditions, we’ve been able to invest on infrastructure and people to increase capacity to keep us on track for this record year. With budgets working harder than ever, our focus has been helping our clients cut their costs.”
