Savills Telford appointed to national advisory panel

SAVILLS Telford has been appointed to the newly launched NFU (National Farming Union) Rural Surveyor Panel in the West Midlands.

The panel, made up of expert rural surveyors, has been created by the NFU to deliver advice and guidance for tenant farmers in the area.

Louise Staples, rural surveyor at the NFU, Said: “Having the NFU Rural Surveyor Panel made up of land agents covering all regions means that we can offer our tenant members the best possible professional advice on the specific problems that they may face.”

The NFU will recommend firms on the panel to its members. The appointment provides Savills Telford with opportunities to expand on advice for local agricultural tenancies including rent reviews, tenancy succession, service of notices, schedule of condition and dilapidations.

Clive Beer, UK head of Savills Rural Professional Services, said: “Our appointment should provide a new gateway for additional advice to assist in traditional landlord and tenant work together with the wider dimension of advice that we can bring to NFU Members.”
