Cyberzia marks growth with apprentice scheme launch

A STAFFORDSHIRE web design company which has seen an increase in business of 20% over the last year has launched an apprentice scheme to tap into young talent in the region.
Now ten years old, Longton-based Cyberzia has built up a client list including DJH Accountants, George Birchall Ltd and Congleton Town Council, for which the company has just launched a new website.
The new apprentice scheme, which should its first recruit in the first quarter of 2012, is the brainchild of Cyberzia’s managing director Simon Nicklin.
He said: “The last quarter has been the best three months this year in terms of income and due to our continued success in the public sector we now have a growing team. We are searching for two new members of staff in sales and web development.
“This number is set to grow in the next year as we start to recruit young people on to the apprentice scheme and also recruit more customer service and admin staff.”
The apprentice scheme will involve all things web and social media related – for Cyberzia and the clients for whom the company creates and hosts websites.
