Recruitment consultancy relocates across city

A RECRUITMENT consultancy is moving its Birmingham office across the city following recent expansion.

Badenoch and Clark is switching from Waterloo Street to take up a 6,000sq ft office on a ten-year lease in Livery Place, in Livery Street.

In addition, asset intelligence advice firm GoIndustry DoveBid is also relocating its offices to Livery Place from nearby Great Charles Street.

The company has taken a 900 sq ft suite on a five-year lease.

Livery Place is a 60,000sq ft Grade A office with on-site parking and is owned and let by Highcross.

Asset manager Joe Curlett said: “This is a significant letting and underlines the quality of the specification and the attraction of Livery Place’s location in the heart of the city’s business district.”
