Philippa Pickavance, head of agency at Drivers Jonas Deloitte in Birmingham reports on the latest successful collaboration with her Deloitte corporate finance colleagues “I’m delighted to say that we are now seeing real traction on the agency side with a number of agency instructions coming through from our corporate finance colleagues. “Our first disposal instruction was for three office buildings located in Birmingham, Telford and Stoke. We have sold the Telford building and the Birmingham one is under offer. “This has shown our ability to work successfully together to the benefit of our client and thus also helped us to move on to further collaborative projects. As with any business it is all about the people and once our corporate finance colleagues knew our strengths and capabilities they were able to confidently recommend our services to their clients. “My colleague Cameron Thomson sold the Telford premises at Queensway Business Park, a building of just over 8,000 sq ft, in March. Cameron has a smaller building at Aston Cross Business Park under offer and one unit at Riverside 2 in Stoke on Trent at around 4,200 sq ft still available at offers in the region of £475,000.” Matt Cowlishaw, partner at Deloitte, added:; “Being able to team with our DJD colleagues is being well received by our clients who value the turnkey approach of bringing together our business advisory and real estate expertise.” More articles in
