Telford in major push to attract automotive suppliers

TELFORD & Wrekin Council is making a concerted effort to target potential inward investors from the automotive sector.
The council is writing to several thousand businesses in the automotive sector to highlight the benefits of relocating to Telford.
The authority takes the view that with Jaguar Land Rover building a new low emission engine plant at the i54 business park 13 miles away,Telford is well placed to provide a home for automotive suppliers, including those in the JLR supply chain.
