Chartered surveyors Aitchison Rafferty tempted in to TriGate

AITCHISON Rafferty, a firm of chartered surveyors and town planners, has taken space at Nurton Developments’ TriGate office scheme in Quinton, Birmingham.

The firm operates in London and across the regions and is keen to establish a greater presence in Birmingham.  Relocating from a Dudley office to the Hagley Road West building, the group is planning to to expand the business and recruit new team members in the near future.

Gareth Morgan from Aitchison Raffety said: “In moving from Dudley, good road links was an important consideration and TriGate provides an ideal location for admin staff travelling from the Black Country and colleagues from our regional offices, who come anywhere from South Wales to Solihull, with junctions 2 and 3 of the M5 just down the road.

“We’re only a short distance from Birmingham city centre too. We get a Birmingham phone number and smart new offices which have just been refurbished, but without paying the premium of  city centre rents and car parking costs.”

The letting is the second in recent months at TriGate with LAS Claims Management Ltd trebling its space to 12,000 sq ft.

Keith Simkins from Nurton Developments said: “TriGate has been a consistent performer, attracting good quality lettings to growing companies who need an impressive statement office with a Birmingham address but don’t want the city centre overheads.”

Jones Lang LaSalle and KWB are joint agents on the scheme.
