Tasty visitor numbers for Cadbury World

BIRMINGHAM attraction Cadbury World celebrated a record year in 2012.

Last year the Bournville-based venue welcomed more than 663,000 visitors – a 12% year-on year-increase.

The attraction’s latest figures are double the 6% visitor number increase in 2011.

In November 2012 Cadbury World reached a milestone of 600,000 annual visitors.

Diane Mitchell, marketing manager at Cadbury World, said: “It’s very exciting to see Cadbury World continue to thrive year after year even in an uncertain economic climate.

“We plan to make 2013 an even bigger and better year for all our visitors, with a host of exciting seasonal activity and the latest addition to the attraction – our team of actors that will pop up to entertain visitors in selected zones.”
