THE Birmingham office of accountancy and advisory firm Grant Thornton has boosted its Midlands corporate finance team with the appointment of Barry Moss as an associate director.

In 2010 he joined Worcester-based Sanctuary Housing where his role involved executing the group’s M&A strategy, latterly expanded to include evaluating the portfolio of assets encompassing care homes, social housing, student accommodation and facilities management.
Ian Wilson, head of Grant Thornton’s corporate finance team in the Midlands, said: “Grant Thornton is maintaining its strategy to invest in the best people and Barry is a very talented adviser.
“He has a huge amount of experience gained across a wide range of corporate transactions and industry sectors and we are absolutely delighted that he’s returned to Grant Thornton in Birmingham.”
