Watling Street joy for St Modwen

ST MODWEN’S Watling Street Business Park in Cannock has picked up more than 40,000 sq ft of lettings since the start of the year.

PRM Green Technologies, a computer and IT recycling and disposal company, has moved into a 16,194 sq ft unit on a five year lease, international exhibition and display firm Icon Exhibitions has taken 9,459 sq ft on a 12 year lease and antique and reproduction furniture supplier Peppermill Antiques has taken 9,360 sq ft on a five year lease.

In addition, J&L Fleetcare and YAS Computers have both signed up to five year leases on 3,000 sq ft and  2,562 sq ft units respectively.

Existing occupiers include E Initiative, Arrow Move Group, Action Today Group, and Hawk Factory Cycle Stores.

Watling Street Business Park is on the A5 mid-way between Brownhills and Cannock and is in close proximity to the M6 and M6 Toll road.
