Bruntwood expands its Birmingham presence to meet demand

OFFICE building owner and manager Bruntwood is expanding its Cornwall Buildings base to meet a surge in demand.

The firm has taken the third floor of the building in Newhall Street to create another 2,500 sq foot of space.

Peter Crowther, development director of Bruntwood is pleased with the company’s growth in the city.

“It’s great that we can welcome even more new customers,” he said.

Cornwall Buildings is home to 38 businesses and Bruntwood recemtly signed up ACCA, the global body for professional accountants, and Fairhurst, the civil and structural engineering consultancy.
