GB Partnerships takes ten year lease at Cobalt Square

GB Partnerships, which provides services to the health sector, has taken 2,686 sq ft at Topland Group’s Cobalt Square in Birmingham’s Edgbaston district.

The company has taken a 15th floor suite on a ten-year lease at £7 per sq ft at the Hagley Road building.

GB Partnerships provides services including estates management, property development and consultancy services to the health sector.

Since it was established in 2001, it has delivered in excess of £300m worth of primary care centres.

Joint agents Colliers International and Savills acted on behalf of the landlord while D&P Holt advised the tenant.

Matt Long, a director in the national offices team at the Birmingham office of Colliers, said: “The landlord has significantly invested in the building with the refurbishment of the reception and common areas, which is reflected in yet another tenant signing at the scheme.”
