Recruiter Alexander Daniels expands into the engineering market
BIRMINGHAM-based corporate governance and financial recruiter Alexander Daniels has expanded into the engineering market.
The new division, which operates at an international level, typically recruits for sales and commercial business development and senior and general management positions within sectors such as manufacturing, energy and process, power generation, utilities, and civil engineering.
Headed up by manager Tom Monaco, the division is targeting organisations looking to strengthen their board, key management team, or hands-on engineering expertise.
The expansion into engineering marks the latest move in the rise of Alexander Daniels, which has trebled in size since its establishment in 2010. It is now the preferred supplier for a wide range of companies.

Monaco started his recruitment career by setting up and managing an energy business for a FTSE 100 company, which became the fastest growing division within its European group.
