PROPERTY consultancy Johnson Fellows has appointed a new surveyor to its building consultancy department.
Nichola Williams has joined the firm, based in Newhall Street, Birmingham, after spending 18 months at Williams Associates in Alvechurch.
She will be working with building surveyor colleagues on a series of nationwide projects, undertaking project management, surveys, advising clients on restorations and refurbishments, and assessing buildings.
The first task for the surveyor, who attained a postgraduate diploma in building surveying from the University of the West of England, is to work on a series of refurbishment programmes for the Leonard Cheshire Disability charity.
She said: “I’m really excited to be part of strong and growing company that has a varied portfolio and a reputation for excellence in its field.
“Building surveying is where my ambition lies and being able to pursue a wide range of surveying work at Johnson Fellows will enable me to fulfil that.”
