Developer Trebor moves to larger premises to support growing workload

CONSTRUCTION firm Trebor Developments has expanded its presence in the Midlands by moving to larger premises in Birmingham.
The company, responsible for a raft of developments in the region, including a new site in Coventry for motor dealership Lex Autolease, is moving to larger accommodation within Longbridge Innovation Centre.
Trebor has been based at the Innovation Centre for the last five years and as a sign of confidence in the region’s recovering commercial property sector, it has entered into a new lease agreement which it said would support its continuing roster of commercial development both within the West Midlands and in other key UK locations.
The move coincides with investment in new IT and the creation of a new website.
Bob Tattrie, managing partner, Trebor Developments said: “Our business continues to expand and in order to keep us at the top of our market we have invested in larger premises, all new leading IT provision and a new cutting edge website to be launched in October.”
