Regus selects Warwick for first hotel-based Express facility

WORKSPACE provider Regus has followed up the installation of its new Express business centre at Birmingham Airport with a commitment to a similar facility at the Hilton Warwick/Stratford-upon-Avon hotel.

The Express facility offers flexible workspace and conferencing facilities for workers operating remotely of their main office.

The new facility will open at the hotel, which is close to Junction 15 of the M40, later this year. It will feature a drop-in business lounge with individual workstations called Thinkpods, comfy seats with laptop stands and phone chargers, as well as free, secure Wi-Fi. Alongside, a suite of fully-speced meeting rooms seating two to four people will be available to book by the hour.

The launch of the facility is part of a wider roll-out of Regus ‘third place’ locations around the UK.  They are designed to offer the growing number of mobile workers a more flexible, cost-effective alternative to a traditional fixed office, and a more professional and motivating environment than a home office.

Phil Kemp, Global Head of Third Place at Regus, said: “We are delighted to be introducing our latest Regus Express at Hilton Warwick/Stratford-upon-Avon, and are confident that this latest site will prove popular with business travellers and local firms alike.

“This is our first hotel location and testifies to the need for bespoke and dedicated business spaces that match today’s flexible workforce.  We are seeing month-on-month growth in interest in Regus Express as retailers, transport operators, banks and universities all switch on to the commercial opportunity presented by the mobile work and business travel market.”

The Regus Express network already covers motorway service areas, retail parks, shopping centres and airports.
