CPBigwood sells Warwickshire residential sales and lettings operation
PROPERTY consultancy CPBigwood has sold its residential sales and lettings operations in Stratford-upon-Avon and Henley-in-Arden to Andrew Grant for an undisclosed sum.
All CPBigwood’s sales and lettings staff in those offices will be transferred and there are no redundancies.
Andrew Grant will take the ground floor of the double fronted offices at 2-3 Union Street, Stratford-upon-Avon and the whole of the Henley-in-Arden office at 116a High Street.
The move into Warwickshire makes this the fifth county that Andrew Grant operates in.
CPBigwood’s residential service charge team and property management department will remain to service their Warwickshire and Cotswold clients on the first and second floors of the Stratford office, along with auctions, commercial agency, agricultural, professional & valuations staff.
CPBigwood senior partner Rory Daly said: “These are our core service areas and we have opted to focus on these areas throughout our office network in Birmingham, Stratford, Loughborough, Southampton and London.

CPBigwood will continue to offer residential sales and lettings from its Colmore Row office in Birmingham.
