HR business buys software firm to increase control

HR business Specialist Computer Services, which is part of Rigby Group, has bought a Warwickshire software business to take direct control of its HR and payroll solution.

Pyramid, based in Kenilworth, has a single database product that addresses all aspects of personnel management.

The investment sees SCS take full ownership of Pyramid’s existing customer base, software IP, and ongoing support and expertise in the form of its development team.
