HomeServe boosts Black Country service provision with new franchise

HOME maintenance group HomeServe has expanded its domestic franchise network with the addition of a firm close to its Black Country heartland.

With offices in Willenhall, Insulate UK will now offer boiler installations, heating services and smart thermostat installations under a new “HomeServe Wolverhampton & Dudley’ brand, covering residents in Wolverhampton, Dudley and the surrounding areas, including Stourbridge, Halesowen, Brierley Hill and Cosford.

The new HomeServe Wolverhampton & Dudley franchise boosts Walsall-based HomeServe’s franchise coverage of the West Midlands area following a similar agreement earlier this year, which saw the launch of a new HomeServe Coventry & Solihull franchise.

Brett Archer, one of three directors at Insulate UK, said: “We’re thrilled to be joining the HomeServe family. We’re an experienced family-run business focused on the residential heating market and our aim is to be the first choice for new boiler installations in Wolverhampton and Dudley.

Greg Reed, chief marketing officer, HomeServe, said HomeServe-branded franchise businesses were already operating successfully across England, Scotland and Wales and the latest partnership represents another important step in the group’s expansion plans.
