Synergy success for Quintain

TO celebrate the success of its latest venture – The Synergy Building in Sheffield – FTSE 250 property company Quintain Estates and Development treated guests to a VIP Autumn barbeque and exclusive art exhibition held in the courtyard of the landmark building in Sheffield's Cathedral Quarter.

More than 70 property agents and associates from across the region celebrated in style with classic barbeque favourites, soulful music from the Caribbean Steel Band and a special appearance and showcase from famed Sheffield artist Pete McKee.

Leeds agent Adam Hanline from Sanderson Weatherall was the lucky winner of two corporate box tickets to see the England football team play at Wembley Stadium, donated by Quintain whose property portfolio includes an 85 acre mixed-use scheme surrounding the national stadium.

Quintain purchased The Synergy Building in 2005. The 65,679 sq ft building has since undergone an extensive refurbishment attracting key tenants such as Knight Frank to the prime city centre location.

Senior asset manager James Ward, who hosted the afternoon said; “I'm sure there were a few raised eyebrows at the suggestion of a November barbeque! It's definitely a quirky idea but one that reflects our ability to incorporate any requests or ideas that prospective tenants may have for the office space. We're delighted with the refurbishment of The Synergy Building and we look forward to continuing this achievement by welcoming further tenants to this prime location within a city that is going from strength to strength.”
