Yorkshire agency expands into London

YORKSHIRE-BASED promotional merchandise and clothing business Creative Emporium has expanded with the opening of a London office.

The Leeds business, which has clients including mobile phone group Orange, L’Oreal, the Central Office of Information and Life Fitness, has recruited former client and merchandising specialist Carly Hamrouni to head its new London office.

Creative Emporium’s managing director Darren Cohen said the move would help the business expand and create closer relationships with more clients.

“Over the past two years, Creative Emporium has developed an impressive client base and our dedication to continually improving service levels is what lead us to consider a southern expansion. We want to offer anyone, irrespective of location, the benefit of our personable and professional account management service which is integral to our business philosophy. Carly was just the person we needed to do that. We are so glad she is part of the Creative Emporium family.”

Ms Hamrouni, has worked in the merchandising for 10 years and her most recent position was merchandising manager at the Central Office of Information.

She said: “Creative Emporium immediately struck me as a professional company with a focus on honesty, integrity and client satisfaction. These are the qualities that are also of high importance within the public sector and so we naturally developed a close working relationship. In terms of a career move, it was a no-brainer as to whom I was going to work for.”
