New 142,000 sq ft distribution unit on hunt for tenant

A tenant is being sought for a new, state-of-the-art industrial and distribution unit comprising 142,338 sq ft on a 5.96 acre site at Wakefield Europort.
Acting on behalf of Kier Property, Maple Grove and Yorvale, CBRE’s industrial team in Leeds has been appointed to let Tri-Link 140. The team will be working jointly with Leeds-based Carter Towler and AWS.
The unit comprises 142,338 sq ft and stands on a site of 5.96 acres. The building incorporates 138,231 sq ft of warehouse and 6,107 sq ft of office space with 126 car parking spaces. Neighbouring occupiers include Allied Glass, Debenhams, Haribo, Argos and DHL.
Mike Baugh, senior director, CBRE’s industrial and logistics team, said: “This is a high quality development boasting excellent opportunities for industrial and warehouse occupiers on one of the largest Northern logistics hubs. We are confident that the scheme will be well received and expect high levels of interest as demand for premium industrial space remains strong and supply levels in the region continue to reduce.”
