Refrigeration and air conditioning firm expands its services with acquisition

Huddersfield-based Crowther & Shaw, a provider of refrigeration, air conditioning and mechanical solutions, has acquired another Huddersfield firm – MAP Mechanical.

This takeover is designed to align with Crowther & Shaw’s commitment to expanding its expertise and service capabilities across the mechanical, renewables and decarbonisation sectors.

The integration of MAP Mechanical into Crowther & Shaw is intended to allow both teams to leverage their combined experience, “ensuring continued excellence in service delivery” alongside their established refrigeration, ventilation and air conditioning offering.
