Park Place move for architects

A DEAL has been secured at 30 Park Place in Leeds which sees a firm of architects move into the property.
The Manser Practice has agreed a five year lease for the 1,195 sq ft suite and has relocated from its previous office space at Whitehall Riverside.
The architectural firm has key locations in both London and Leeds, specialising in architecture and interior design in the UK and internationally.
Dan Hodge, surveyor for Leeds-based property consultancy Fox Lloyd Jones which marketed the property, said: “I am really pleased that, in what is still a tough and competitive market, we were able to identify a suitable tenant within such a short space of time. We were also able to work proactively with the ingoing tenant to ensure that the transition from its old offices to the new was a smooth transition.”
Guy Barlow, director of The Manser Practice, said: “We are delighted to relocate to 30 Park Place as it provides us with our own front door and a larger floor plate in one of the most distinctive period properties on one of Leeds’ prime commercial streets.”
Richard Dunn of Sanderson Weatherall was responsible for acquiring the office for The Manser Practice.
