‘First serviced office’ space launched in York

SERVICED office specialist Prospect Business Centres is set to open what it claims is York’s first serviced office development.

The centre, at Apollo House in Heworth Green, offers space ranging from a two person office to larger requirements requiring more than 200 desks on flexible lease terms from a minimum period of six months.

Charlie Cudworth, commercial director at Prospect Business Centres, said the location of the development was ideal for potential occupants.

Mr Cudworth said: “We are delighted to offer the first serviced office space in York. It is a great business location and as many companies will be looking to adapt in the current market we felt this was the right time to launch a Prospect Business Centre in York.

“Prospect Business Centres has developed the serviced office space concept and honed it to meet the needs of businesses regardless of the nature or size of their company.”

Prospect Business Centre York is being fitted to provide conference and meeting facilities, extra support services, with a kitchen on each floor and air conditioning, and is set to open later this month.
